Tasting notes :
- Very powerful nose of oysters, vanilla and allspice. Very good alcoholic integration, and as it opens, the frangipane appears for even more deliciousness.
- On the palate, there’s pronounced vanilla combined with panela, after the first burst of almond and dried apricot flavors.
- Very long on the palate. Undergrowth notes on the finish.
This 2010 Foursquare rum, shipped by sail by Blue Schooner Company, was loaded aboard Gallant during the 2022 season.
