Tasting notes :

• On the nose, clemenvilla zest combined with spring honey. Then honeysuckle, traces of lily of the valley.
• On the palate, lightly toasted macadamia and cashew nuts, Indian wood leaves. Then comes a discreet coconut pulp, ending with clemenvilla flesh.
• A very well-balanced, fresh and light ensemble.

12-year-old rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados (Lesser Antilles). Barrels of rum shipped by sail by us in spring 2022 aboard our sailing vessel Gallant, then reduced and bottled in May and June 2023.
