Tasting notes :
- Nose: toasted blond tobacco and vanilla
- Palate: attack of candied citrus peel and leather. This is followed by a slight bitterness reminiscent of espresso (a good one!), along with the woodiness of warm pine bark.
- A lively ensemble, whose notable warmth contrasts with the freshness of its big brother, Rhum Foursquare 2010 – 12 ans.
This 2014 Foursquare Rum was selected and shipped by sail by Blue Schooner Company. The voyage took place aboard Gallant in 2022.
