Tasting notes :

• Nose: Jamaican pepper, fenugreek, linseed oil, accompanies roasted agave.
• Palate: initially quite syrupy, the fruits arrive after a few minutes of opening, starting with citrus fruits. As the varnish fades, minerality makes its entrance, evoking a pebble beach in summer. The nose evolves in the same direction, while retaining the complexity of its beginnings.
• Finish: orange zest and leather.

A funky mezcal that takes its time to taste, and proudly represents the wide variety of flavors that this white spirit can produce.
